We would like to encourage you to pay securely thru Jane & Payfirma online for appointments and balances or alternatively by tapping your Visa, MasterCard or debit card on our Point of Sale machine. JANE & Payfirma is safe and secure, storing (and password protecting) every file, all data and Electronic Health Records only on Canadian servers in accordance with Canada's privacy legislation. Prices include 5% GST. We can take cash or cheque, but would prefer the other methods of payment at this time. Of course, we will continue to bill most extended health care plans as in the past. Written receipts will no longer be issued, instead they will be emailed to you. Please make sure that we have your correct email address for this. Massage Therapy is covered by most extended health care plans. Some policies require a doctor referral for reimbursement so please check your policy for what is required. We can bill MSP directly for you if you qualify and provide direct billing to 20 major insurers, covering 85% of privately insured Canadians.
